Initially you would get a phone screen with an HR person asking about your background in relation to the job. If you are able to get further, you will be invited onsite to do an IQ test which includes pattern recognition test (guess what pattern comes next in the series of patterns), numerical reasoning (figure out what number comes next, algebra-based problems, etc) and logical reasoning tests (be shown a paragraph, answer some questions on the paragraph just shown.
