3 Stages: first on the phone and then two interviews in person. in second interview all questions are technical. in third interview both technical and HR questions are going to be asked.
it was in two technical step: telephone interview and video interview. after this two step i had a hr and financial meeting and then i have joined to tosan company. technical questions was from easy to hard.
1 initail phone interview
2 first technical interview
3 two to three month probation periods depending on candidates seniority level
4 final technical interview and assessment of your work during the probation period
