I was emailed about an open house. Before I was brought In for an interview, I had to take a young assessment and fill out a questionnaire packet. The interviewer asked pretty basic questions such as "Where do you see yourself in 5 years." After about a 20 minute wait in the foyer I was told that I was offered the job and to go to the hiring managers office to take my drug test.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
