First step was to take a typing and computer knowledge assessment, Next was a pre-screening interview with a recruiter. Then I interviewed with a call floor supervisor. Although I was not asked to do so, many candidates were brought to the call floor to listen in on calls and see if this was something they'd be interested in. The final steps were to fill out paperwork and take an oral drug screening. I was told I was hired and when I would start training that same day.
