I applied on Teleperformance site and I received a very quickly call and actually that was the phone interview , it was a nice and friendly interview . After I went to the face to face interview and I had group interview and one on one . was nice atmosphere and great stuff.

Tell me a situation when you made a n extra mile for a customer?
The interview process was tedious with lot of online sections. We had about 4 assessments and in person interview. Our language fluency was tested. The test comprised of Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Understanding. The test was based on English and French.

Interview process very easy. Basic questions, they need people, so nothing special to mention here. I had a few tests to pass (language test, French in my case, typing speed..) I’ve spoken with a french speaker from HR, she was explaining to me life in Athens (well she “forgot” to mention how difficult is it to find an accommodation with such a low salary). We also had a quick chat in English. They took care of the flight expenses, taxi at the arrival and the first week’s hotel expenses.
