It was a normal telephonic interveiw, with basic questions about operating system knowledge and about yourself.Nothing much technical, overall easy to moderate. 2 Rounds process, one with hr and other with the operations team.

Very easy for a Computer enthusiast, but would never recommend to join this company because of there salary structure and interpersonal management conflict. For freshers it can be a starting point, though as experienced candidate, i believe it was a mistake to join this company.

Firstly there is a Riva call that is a bot call in which 1st round of the interview is taken. After clearing that round, you will have an HR round. If you clear that round then there will be the ops round in which they will check about the knowledge you have regarding profile. When you are clear with every round then the last thing is a versant. You have to clear the versant and then congratulations. You are hired in teleperformance.
