I managed to prod the interviewer a bit for other job openings and he had a trainer position he hadn't filled. I pointed out that I had experience there, and it got me bumped up in my hourly wage a bit. They normally promote internally, but if you can avoid being an agent, it's smart to do so, if nothing else, for the pay.

The interview went smoothly, and the personnel were all very understanding. You can truly sense that they listened to your concerns and provided recommendations to address the issue. They are efficient in handling the situation.

The interview is smooth and the interviewer is kind. She asked about my educational background, about my previous job, and also she asked me to conduct a mock call. They also very accommodating and informative in terms the update of the job offer.
