At first, the ambience was great and colorful, you will see the wonder of it, but when you got hired and experienced everything, its up to you on how you will say your opinion about this company. Picture it like this: At first I was so happy and focused because they gave me the job I loved and they did everything they can, until 2019 everything changed.

Are you okay to proceed to Sales? You passed the Technical Support but we don't have any vacancy.
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

Did get to interview since you have to pass assessment first.
The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.

The interview was easy to understand and they did respond and communicate with each step of the process to let me know my progress. I was hired within 5 days of submitting my application.
