The interview was very straight to the point. You will be asked to do an assessment and once you pass you get an interview. The interview was smooth, and they asked about our technical experiences

1. As soon as the application was completed, I got a a request to complete an initial assessment which is an AMCAT test.
2. After passing that, I received an email to complete another assessment called an Outmatch assessment. It's a simulated environment that test your ability to handle inbound inquires and how adept you can use the knowledge tools given to research and provided optimal solutions concerning customer requests.
3. Afterwards, I was invited to schedule an initial interview and to provide a set time in a given period to do so.
I responded back with the time slot as per instructions, but go no reply or confirmation of receipt.
This is pretty much where the communication ended and I was ghosted. I sent 3 follow up emails over the course of the week, even accounting for the weekend in case the recruiter was out of office, but never got a reply or rejection back. I found that to be really unprofessional.
