It has 3 rounds of interview.
1. HR
2. A written test
3. Ops Round
In HR round you will be asked for your introduction and basically they check for the candidate's comms.
In second round they check for you grammar and your written English.
Third round is done by some Manager from operations so that they can see if you good to go.
