Very Easy. Random written question (which nobody even checked) post which 1 round (group interview) - just tell me about yourself and then the same question from next candidate. A typical place for new comers to canada to gain canadian work experience!
Great and precise. A good set of questions were prepared. The interview was approx 30 min and it was extremely professional. Everything was on point and I would love to do it again for extra happy points

It was good and people were open and non judgemental. Right expectations setting was done. The package was not satisfactory. Hence I did not took the offer or else I would loved to work in an org like this where potential matters. People oriented employer

Initiative would I take to improve business development.
The interview process was very random. No defined and clear structure. Interviewer very sloppy. Need to be more transparent in their job requirement details. Lack of communication and slightly slow also.
