So I had to take a telephone interview first of all, asking questions about past experience and how I'd deal with an irate customer, also when I've experienced good and bad customer service - it was basically seeing how I was able to talk and use my words. I was then told there and then that I passed, and was asked to attend an interview the next day.
So the next day I was in a group interview with 9 other people, and we were told that there were 40 people being interviewed and only 15 positions. In the group interview, make sure you speak clearly and calmly, make sure you always finish a sentence looking at the interviewer, make some valid points, and be warned the other people in your interview will get really "catty" as they want this job as much as you, just make sure you don't get aggressive, you don't shout, and definitely do not talk over anyone! I was ganged up on in my interview because one of my points was not agreed upon by other interviewees, but I kept calm and showed the interview I could handle the pressure being put down on me and because I was put on the spot I think that made me stand out more, hence one of the reasons I got the job (thanks horrible applicants), and the majority of the applicants that did argue and shout didn't get the job.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
