I had two interviews. One with the recruiter and one with a supervisor for the sales campaign. The recruiter interview is more of a get to know you process and the supervisor interview is to check your past experience and see if you'll relate and fit in to the campaign.
Very quick and efficient. I’d personally say the entire process was easy if you have experience. They would ask you to answer basic questions, such as experiences and how you navigate objections. Recruiters kept it professional and organized.

Simple over the telephone conversation, asking about background, studies, etc. They called after a long time and I had already found another job so I asked very few questions about the position and did not go on with it.
The have a step by step process followed, all documented and you can request for feedback. They are polite, final interview is challenging since you are being interviewed by the ops manager
