For me, the whole process was long, but it's all worth it because I passed and got the job. Patience is really a virtue. The good thing about this was that they told you right away what the result of your assessment, including your interview, was. They asked me a lot of things about my previous jobs. And they asked me situational questions, and I had to cite an example.
