The interview started off by the interviewer asking basic information about my self such as the educational background and if I had any work experience in the BPO industry. Then, as the interview goes on, it tackled questions that weighs my capabilities, work ethics, and how fit I am to work in their company. The interview questions tested my dedication to work in their field and how willing I am to give my best to contribute to their company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
