Interview process was fairly quick and responded back quick to you whether you was successful or not, which I appreciated. Questions not to difficult and based on customer advisor experience previously.
I had to do an online test then within an hour or two they sent me a job offer letter. Didn't even have to talk to them on phone, or meet anyone in real life. Did a quick google search and was told to avoid.

Very easy interview , completed an online assessment with different multiple questions ,then had a phone call within hours with a job offer and start date. Process so far been straight forward.

Video interview. Very easy process.
Literally they just want to make sure you have the right equipment and that you are happy to work different shifts . The campaign I applied was for the 119 call advisor and I needed to be available between 6am and 11pm 7 days of the week. They will give you 2 random days a week off.
