i received a phone call to set up an interview the day after i put my applucation in. After accepting to go in, i met with the "president" of the location who was really a manager. He asked the basic interview questions - why sales, what do you do in your free time, etc. Than he explained about the job. It would be a direct sales position for about a year before being promoted internally.
