1. Phone Screen- HR (30) Minutes. 2. Microsoft Teams- The individual who'd I'd report to directly. (MRO) 3, Then, I get an email from HR stating that she heard that my interview went very well. She, also stated that all the Managers were very high on me and my background and experience. 4. Then, almost two months later after hearing back through email I was told they chose another candidate.

The 30 minute Phone Screen with HR it was the standard Q&A that many companies perform.
My Microsoft Teams Meeting- The person I'd report to directly (MRO). She, was very easy to speak with from that sense and a lot of the questions from her were related to my background, skill sets, and core competencies.
