The whole interview was super smooth. Interview rounds are arranged fast and the recruiter was very responsive. I enjoyed every step of the interview. There were three rounds of interview. The first is HR screening round, followed by initial assessment round and coding challenge, the final round was to go through coding challenge and going deep into the understandings of technology and tech stacks used. Overall, I enjoyed the whole process and the interviewers are friendly and the discussion was great.

HR should not handle technical interviews. HR interview should be done after the technical interview. Some technical people may not be able to speak very and that's why they are technical.
