Located in a distant place. Not so good interview process. Not complicated but many questions to be answered on paper. Interview was easy. Felt like not many people worked there as the office seemed quite empty without many positions.

Travelled to Leeds for the first stage interview, a very informal talk which only lasted 20 minutes. The good thing is they reimburse the travelling expenses. Only asked basic questions and it was more like a chat than an interview; just prepared some background on the company, and then it was all good.

General queries not role or company-specific. Descriptive interview followed by a scenario that you have to resolve on spot. They want to see a culture/skill set fit. Short interview lasting around 30 minutes.
