The guy I interviewed with barely glanced at my application and didn't even look at my resume, before immediately challenging me on why I deserved a chance to work there. I have been to intense interviews lasing over an hour where my credentials were exhaustively discussed but this was not that. He was very disrespectful and although he changed tones when I called him out on it he didn't give me an opportunity to ask questions about the job. He decided from my answers to his questions that I was worth hiring and that the interview was over and he started walking out. I received from him NO information on the project I was being hired to work on except the name of the carrier. No information on benefits. The only information on compensation he offered was to say that some of his agents make 70k per year with their commissions. Although I stuck around and got my questions answered by someone else, I decided this was not the place for me.
