The interview process started with HR asking about goals and aspiration and ending with one on one conversation with team manager. At the end, I was given a tour of the office.

Recruiter contacted me in LinkedIn. I had preliminary conversation with the recruiter who arranged interview with national operations manager. The interview was simply a conversation discussing about previous work experience and skills that would be relevant. I received offer. The company is terrible in their decisions. They don't care about employees, all of their decisions are based on financials.I guess they got fired by their customer so they revoked my offer after I accepted and before on boarding. I don't recommend this company if you are looking for stability in your job. I got to know that they slashed perdiems unreasonably for their field employees.
