I didn't really interview for the position. I had met the manager who hired me on one of my jobs for my previous company. We started talking about career opportunities at TRC. I met with him and a couple other managers at TRC several times over the next few months until I had an idea which position I would like the best. At that point my current boss made me an offer and I accepted.

Great group of experienced people to talk to. They were very welcoming. A few technical questions were asked based on my current skillset. It was a very informative and helpful in understanding the expectations and the duties within my role.

Recruiter contacted me in LinkedIn. I had preliminary conversation with the recruiter who arranged interview with national operations manager. The interview was simply a conversation discussing about previous work experience and skills that would be relevant. I received offer. The company is terrible in their decisions. They don't care about employees, all of their decisions are based on financials.I guess they got fired by their customer so they revoked my offer after I accepted and before on boarding. I don't recommend this company if you are looking for stability in your job. I got to know that they slashed perdiems unreasonably for their field employees.
