Simple, a few screening questions and then a follow-up with future boss. No more than 20 minute screening call and then 30 minute 1:1 with boss. All around, easy process. Received an offer about a week later.

What adjectives would you use to describe yourself
applied online, with no referral. had a screening with the HR recruiter, who was super friendly. then, had a few rounds of interviews to meet relevant members, and hiring manager was also super friendly.
The first round was a quick video interview with HR. The recruiter was very kind and personable. Basic personality questions were asked, nothing very technical. Was asked why I chose the major I did.
It was a good and bad there were two interview rounds. First with HR and second with supervisor. HR question were basic while supervisor were more like a technical questions.
