Very straight forward. Interviewed with a recruiter, the hiring team, and then again with a smaller hiring team. Remaining in contact with the recruiter asking questions and making sure to stay of importance.
I spoke with a series of recruiters and managers who asked about my experience and interests. The interview process was relaxed because they mainly want to figure out the right fit for you. If they think your experience fits better with a different branch of the company, then they will connect and refer you.
