The interview process was the first thing that made me realize this is the career for me! Sara was extremely personable and friendly. She was very understanding and when the position I applied for wasn't a good match for me, she suggested a different position (CSR). Chad, CSR Supervisor, also held an in office interview, and he was also very accommodating . Usually the interview process is a scary one, however, Sara and Chad made me feel comfortable rather than intimidated.

Very long and arduous. Multiple rounds.l with multiple people. Have to meet with a bunch of people.i think it was hard and I don't want to do that again. But some people might like that type of process.
