Shortlisted applicants were asked for references, phone / skype interviews were conducted with the shortlist, and the final candidates were brought in for half-day interviews with the group in question. Both the phone and in person interviews were thorough and practically oriented, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get feedback. It included a tour and meeting all team members. Coordination was fully handled by HR, who were professional and responsive. The whole application process takes longer than in the private sector.
