Online automated interview. I had to answer questions to a computer screen. It was very inorganic and I never heard back from a real human. Tells you a lot about the type of company this is, I think.

The first round of interviews is an online video interview where the computer gives you a question and you record yourself answering it. This process is extremely impersonal and it is by far the worst "interview" I have had. Recording myself made me extremely anxious and for me, it took away the calming and reassuring aspect of having a human on the other side. I will not be applying to this company again because of the interview system they have.
