There were two rounds of interviews, with an online psychometric and mathematics assessment required after successfully going through the first interview.
The first interview was a group interview in which candidates (the group) worked through an infrastructure project case and presented their thoughts on the best option for the client.
The second one was conducted by two senior staff. The interviewers were very friendly. They introduced the company's businesses and corporate culture, and asked questions about the candidates work history, knowledge of asset and infrastructure and what the candidate could bring to the organisation.
