Tedious and long. Took a test in the beginning and passed. Waited for background check and passed. Called in for interview (out of state). Took a health test and signed a bunch of documents. Process took 4 months

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
