Communication with associates is very good. All jobs have different types of personalities that we all deal with. Once you get to know that persons personality , you get to know that person. We all fallow standard operation procedures.
Planning is another part of communication. I feel it is important that all officers, leads ,and supervisor's , managers should present their ideas and focus on our mission

The most technical case is the mission. What should and does need to be done. Standard operation procedures must be followed , all though some do not agree with them at times, they are still in place.
We have different levels of command and must give respect to those levels.
