Pretty lengthy. Interview was nice and easy, just have to pass the CBT and background to get interview. Took about a month. I got a call back for an interview about 2 weeks after the test. It all depends on airport availability

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
