I was scheduled for an Airport Interview within a week after passing the VUE Exam. The interview process was very straightforward. There were 2 people, one looks like an HR and another is a TSO officer. I was asked about 6-7 behavioral questions, and the officer made note of my answers. Most of them were about how I would handle a specific situation in the workplace.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
