The whole process from start to finish was easy. Structured panel interview and finger printing at the end of you passed the interview process. You sign an NDA before even being scheduled for the interview so there isn’t much that can be said about the entire process.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.

The interview is questions about your past experiences and how you can apply that to certain aspects of the job. Research the Star method of interview. It’s your experience: what happened and the outcome. If you tie it into something you learned from or demonstrated.
