Straight-forward sit-down style interview with the department supervisor and the office manager at the time. Questions about previous work experience were mostly around what my responsibilities were and problems that had been faced and overcome previously. Mostly the interview is more about soft skills, making sure you're the right kind of fit for the company and a suitable fit for the role, nothing intense.
