Online assessents followed by Zoom interview with Engineers followed by on site interview with Managers. Engineers were young and interview was superficial. typical behavioral and experience questions. on site interview a few weeks later with 2 managers. they could hardly speak english, communication was tough and awkward. both were long time tsmc employees that had been in phoenix for a very short amount of time. we didnt really relate on anything at all. i dont think they gave me chance to show who i was or how i would fit in well. they had an arrogance about them and both said they worked there solely for the money. good luck recruiting an american workforce with interviewers like that

Interviewed by 3 individuals, asked typical behavioral questions. They did not ask difficult questions but it was a much more intense interview environment than typical especially for an entry-level role. The company desires candidates that want to build a career there and able to work with a wide variety of different backgrounds.
