There will be a phone call. Mainly discussing about my background and some personal situation. They want to make sure the candidate will stay long as the turn over is quite high there. i think they will hire right away if the candidate is suitable.

Nothing very challenging. one question was what is the most challenging thing you have done in a work situation. I think they want to hire people with direct experience to be able to contribute immediately.
