First, interviewees have to wait in a conference hall. After waiting for half an hour, the manager will come and lead you to a meeting room. The interview starts then and after the interview, the interviewee should go back to the conference hall. Wait until HR comes and asks you how the interview goes, then the whole interview is finished.

It was an hour long interview, there was an mid level equipment engineer with two higher up engineers. They just mostly asked some behavior questions and mostly talked about my experience and resume.
