The interview experience was very pleasant and did not ask very difficult questions. However, the interview process was more complicated than I expected. All in all, it was a very good interview experience!

The interview process spanned several months and included five interview rounds, two assessments, and reference checks. While individual interviewers were professional, the overall process lacked coordination and transparency. Additional interview rounds were introduced late, questions became repetitive, and compensation was not discussed in later stages. After completing all steps and having references contacted, there was an extended period of no communication before receiving an automated rejection. For a role within HR, the candidate experience felt misaligned with expected standards.
