Interviewers were quite polite and friendly. They asked good questions which makes me feel that they really wanted to know me well and concern if I am fit for the position. Whenever I asked any questions, they would answers them in details and even asked me back if they really answer my question. The whole process went smooth and took an hour before they told me to wait for the outcome.

Initial screening and then a meeting with the direct supervisor. Lastly, you meet with the HR. The hardest part is the HR where they would tend to ask questions regarding to what if questions.

Introduce the project you did before and what are the challenges that you encounter while doing it.
It was a video interview. I first had a 20 min self-introduction (including a introdction on PhD and MS thesis topic). After that, the employer asked about questions about persoanlity and working styles.

Managers from 3 department. 15 minutes introduction, then they take turn asking question, but no professional question. After about 1 minth, HR called me to asked some basic question, such as could you take shift? do you accept any relocation?
