1. The interviewer introduced himselve and the others. 2. Questions by the interviewers. 3. Interviewer explained the job responsabilities. 4. Intervierwer ask me if I have questions. 5. Intervierwer told me that I will be notify by email if I get selected.

Describe yourself. Why do you want to work in this company? Describe a problem you had working at the lab and how you solved it.
In total two phases, after their CV screening. Really interested in getting to know you and making you feel heard. Explained everything in detail and plenty of time to ask questions. Timeline for their decision was also clearly stated.
really quick to schedule first round of interview, which was in person. second round was online with HR, and it took a bit of time to schedule. it took quite a bit of time to get an offer letter.

standard interview questions: biggest challenge at last work, accomplishment...etc
The managers were polite and nice and asked a lot of questions. They tried to understand how the candidate deal with their work back in school and in the previous jobs.
