The questions asked were pretty standard, but I was unprepared, so I don't really know what to expect. I had a pretty short 20 min prescreen interview, and the last 5 minutes were allotted for me to ask them questions about them, the company, the position, etc.

This was part of campus recruitment. I interviewed online with the hiring manager in the department in which I was interested. Shortly after, I interviewed with someone from Human Resources and was asked more personality and behavioural-type questions.

Standard interview on Microsoft teams, asked questions about challenges, working in teams, no brain teasers or technical questions. Seems like preference for bilingual speakers of Chinese/English. This is for the Phoenix location and likely they will refer you to a different position if they don't think you fit.
