The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was with a director from our department, while the second involved both a director and a deputy director. The focus was primarily on my past experience as outlined in my resume, along with some common behavioral questions. There were no Leetcode-style coding challenges.

Tell me about one experience/project on your resume in depth.
First phone screen with HR. mostly behavioral questions. Next would be interview with hiring manager. The process is casual and share a lot of projects within the division. Described some potential projects to work on during the internship.
