The English interview tests "listening" and "reading", with 16 questions/15 minutes each, similar to the difficulty and test method of TOEIC; you need to read the reading quickly, otherwise you may not be able to finish it.

It was an hour long interview, there was an mid level equipment engineer with two higher up engineers. They just mostly asked some behavior questions and mostly talked about my experience and resume.
