Bring a copy of your resume and a pen. You will be given a few forms to fill out by the receptionist. Some of these are vocabulary, spelling and math tests. It is basic and if you cannot pass them you probably won't be hired. She will also ask you where you heard about the company. I believe current employees get a small bonus for referring others who get hired. After you've filled out your forms you will be given a typing test and a phone test. You will be asked to read a script and your voice will be recorded. After that, you'll interview in groups of 3 and be asked to read a page of words as well as a script. This script is to show how well you can sell. Overall, the interview process is pretty easy and the person hiring is pleasant and personable. She is very busy but will answer your questions and give your direction to and from the place.
