Interview happened in 5 steps -
1. Essay writing- 2 Topics are provided and you have to write on any one topic without making grammatical mistakes.
2. HR interview- If you succeed in the essay round, then you have to appear for this round. HR will ask you some basic questions regarding yourself, what according to you is BPO and why are you interested in it, easy one though.
3. MCQ - If one gets through the HR interview, he/ she has to appear for two papers on MCQ. There were 5 questions each and one has to get atleast 3 correct on each. In one of those paper, they watch for your analytical skills and the other paper, you can use your network to find the answers.
4. Typing Test - one has to type atleast 22 words per minute on a computer. BTW they might tell you to type 25+ words in a minute.
5. HR interview- So if you have cleared all the rounds, you are called for this round. In this round, they might ask for your choice on MCQ paper like why you choose this option and not that option, lil bit on family, are you willing to relocate etc. I might consider myself lucky, as I got the job here,but don't wanna join.
