Very easy interview basically only cared if you lived close to the office in case you have to come in after COVID. They want to ensure you are comfortable going back into the office once everything clears.

I had an initial interview at TeleTech Pioneer Manila and a skype interview with the Social Media Manager which was also my final interview. The skype interview was scheduled the following week. During the initial interview, the recruiter explained to me what the role entails and talked a little bit about the company. I also introduced myself as usual. The skype interview was more of an assessment of my knowledge and skills to the position required.

Usually, it takes 2-3 interviews before you get hired. Initially, you will be interviewed by a Human resource specialist and then by the team lead or manager. The 3rd interview is done if you have been considered for the position.
