I had a zoom interview scheduled. There were 3 of us in it for the interview and no one from the company ever showed up. After 20 min one person called in to make sure we had to right zoom link or to see what the issue was and they hung on on them. They called back and the person said they had no idea why and couldn't get any information about it but that we could all call to reschedule. So after waiting 30 min I just left the call. Super unorganized and unprofessional. Don't think I would want to work for a company that can't even figure out the interview

It starts off as a group video meeting with other applicants. We're sent to different breakout rooms to verify ID, fill out an application, and answer questions. And then we're brought back to the main room to listen to a presentation about the role and what's expected. Then we're sent to small group break-out rooms where we're asked about some of the answers we put in the application, like to elaborate on the # of years of sales experience. After that, we're told we can leave and that we should expect to be notified with a job offer.
