Initial phone interview with recruiter Zoom interview with Accounting Supervisor Zoom interview with Accounting Manager Zoom interview with Director of Accounting First two interviews went well. They all asked general questions about my experience and information about the position and company culture. The recruiter was very responsive at first. She told me the last interview was a formality and if it went well she would offer me the position same day. The Director was very nice and asked about journal entries. It seemed like a great team and company to be apart of however after the last interview I didn’t hear anything back. No rejection email or anything, even after I sent a follow up email.
