Very poor interview the lady have a horrible English and she’s not friendly very rude and I really think if she doesn’t care with the interview when you ask something she did not answer your questions

Why you want work from home? Why you don’t have a physical job?
Position required an online customer service skills test, a personality test, a logic/reasoning test, and a college-level Spanish language test. Despite all that, you still have to interact with an AI/automated "recruiter." The assessments took longer than promised, too.

Online application, assessments, interview and takes a month to get a decision. Overall not that great of a process could have been more open with their communication. Get emails but no real updates.
