No interview, just a questionaire to fill out. The position needed to be filled fast. We were told about the position opening by our supervisors. I sent an email expressing my interest to the appropriate party.

What is your comfort level with Excel, and how have you used in the past.
The interview process is easy. I applied for this job four years ago and was transferred to TTEC when the company transitioned the contract. TTEC has been a major improvement in regard to the culture and employee satisfaction.
